How do I determine the right shoe size for me?

We provide a comprehensive size guide on each product page. We recommend measuring your foot length in centimeters and comparing it to our chart to ensure the perfect fit.

What is your return and exchange policy?

You can return or exchange your footwear within 15 days of delivery, provided the items are unworn, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.

How long does shipping usually take?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking link via email as soon as your order is dispatched.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular mobile wallets. Cash on Delivery (COD) is also available for most pin codes.

Are Ajanta Shoes covered by a warranty?

Yes, we offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This does not cover regular wear and tear or damage caused by improper use.

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Orders can be cancelled through the 'My Orders' section before they are shipped. Once the product has been dispatched, the cancellation option will no longer be available.
