Return Process

  Log into your account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the 'Return/Exchange' option for the specific item within 15 days of delivery.

  Quality Inspection

  Ensure the shoes are unworn, in their original packaging with all tags attached, and include the invoice to qualify for a successful return.

  Free Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our courier partner will visit your address within 48-72 hours to collect the package at no additional cost.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality checks, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or bank account within 7-10 business days.
